Audience and visitor measurement devices in publicly accessible areas

More and more companies are using devices to collect data from mobile terminals (mobile phones, smartphones, etc.) in order to measure the audience of billboards or the number of visitors in publicly accessible areas.

To the extent that such processing involves the systematic monitoring of individuals by means of a technical device, the person responsible for such processing must comply with certain rules and justify their compliance.
